Ok, so I know it's been nearly three years since I last posted...

Anyway, for posterity (and so I can throw out this piece of paper on my desk) here are the results of my latest cholesterol screening.

Total Cholesterol: 179
HDL: 57
LDL: 102
Triglycerides: 121

So all in all, pretty good stuff. Ok, now I shall go back to neglecting this piece of the blogoshpere.
