I'm sitting here having my last beer as a 30-year-old. Tomorrow I'll be undeniably "thirty-something", which suddenly doesn't seem as old as it once did. Twenty-five years ago, I figured by the time I was thirty we'd have hovercars and teleportation and stuff. My biggest concern was that I would still be young enough to enjoy the next Star Wars trilogy. Well, if I'm not enjoying Ehp's 1-3 as much as I did 4-6, I don't think it has anything to do with my mindset.
 
I'm planning to cut out of work early tomorrow and go check out the Queens Zoo with the fam. I hope the weather is nice, but not too hot. I'm looking forward to seeing the sea lions!

Money's been tight lately. Probably due to me dumping the Home Depot. Still, I'm really enjoying having the summer more free. I'll take another class from University of Phoenix probably in August.

I was out of town the past two weekends - went to Cape May for the celebration of my cousin's wedding and then went upstate last weekend for B's cousin's wedding. The upstate trip was just the two of us, and we had some fun hotel-room sex. Oh, the wedding and reception were nice too.

We had some big trees cut down in the yard. The place looks wrecked, but it's gonna look a lot better than before once we get it cleaned up.

Ok, #1 has a spider in his room, and I gotta go defeat it. I'll try to catch and release if I can.
